This spacious ocean view family home is all about indoor and outdoor living and it's just a 4-minute walk from the beach! You’ll find it has just about every amenity needed for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. The entry opens up to the main living space and a wall of windows to the patio outside. There are two living rooms, one upstairs and one on the main level, each with comfy sofas and TVs. The large, open kitchen comes equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals, along with a breakfast bar and plenty of seating in adjacent dining room. There are plenty of windows that bring in natural light and, in the evenings, you’ll enjoy the warmth of three fireplaces. There are several outdoor areas; so while it’s nice for everyone to all be together, it’s also nice to have separate spaces for privacy and relaxation. On the ground level patio is a large outdoor dining table, lounge area with a fire pit and a bubbling hot tub for a warm soak after a day in the cool ocean. The second level terrace has direct ocean and coastal views and is equipped with another lounge, fire pit and sun lounges. Hang out on the beach, play a game of pool or shuffleboard or just take a snooze in the sun. It's all here and waiting for you! Additional amenities include, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, ready-made beds, one full towel set and a beach towel per guest, and a starter kit of household and bath soaps and paper goods. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space, beautifully upgraded interiors, lots of space to spread out for a large family. Would rent this home over and over! The house had some issues, please be aware that if you stay in the upstairs bedroom, you have to turn the thermostat which is downstairs way way down so everyone’s sleeping downstairs freezes but the people upstairs do not Have to sleep at a hot temperature. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, particularly when trying to do zoom meetings. Also, this is possibly a private bathrooms on the bottom floor so that some of the family members are sleeping downstairs, and there are four bedrooms downstairs do not have a private bathroom. ##### Ken E.
