A short walk to famous La Jolla Village with its abundance of dining, upscale shops, art galleries, museums, spas, and wonderful gifts is an easy fun excursion any time. Not to mention that in the greater San Diego area there are many world-class attractions like the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and Balboa Park - all just 15-20 minutes away. The home is across the street from Cuvier Park and the wedding bowl - just steps to the ocean. There are two bedrooms, each with a king bed. Come enjoy this seaside retreat - and create beautiful memories along the way. There is only street parking available at this unit. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. The Village of La Jolla is very walkable, and ride-share is a great option. THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY! Its location on the ocean with sweeping ocean views and lots of ways to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the world - swim, surf, walk along the cliffs. Steps to Cuvier Park - the ocean - Wedding Bowl. La Jolla Village is famous in its own right - and you are just a short stroll away from all it has to offer! It is comfortable and easy so you can spend most of your time enjoying La Jolla and the rich, varied, greater San Diego area for your day’s adventures. There's plenty of street parking available, we give all of our guests a helpful map of the area that includes suggested places to park. Pet Friendly (additional fees apply), one pet allowed under 20 pounds due to shared spaces. Local Management for ease of communication. We manage six units in this complex if you need additional accommodations, please reach out for information. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY: This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry now requires an app to be downloaded and there is a charge to do laundry. There are several steps throughout the complex and to the unit on the second floor. No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. As a reminder, all pets must be kept on a leash and in the presence of their owner if they are outside an apartment unit. Bonus additional washroom in unit with shower and sink. Pack n' play available for rent, please contact the office for details. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. I stayed for a long weekend and this location is perfect. I opened the windows and could hear the waves which is so peaceful. The community was quiet and clean. There are a few stairs so be mindful with small children or people with mobility challenges. The apartment itself has the typical San Diego charms - the sink in the 2nd bathroom is gorgeous.
