« We had a wonderful time. Cherokee Lake is best kept secret, we’ve made it a yearly place to visit. Our family loved tubing and wakeboarding on the lake all week. The house was perfect and the best house for a large family with plenty of space for everyone to have their own space. The giant pantry is perfect for large groups and all the fridge and freezer space came in so handy. We plan to come back next summer! »

« Cabin was very nice and clean as described. There was plenty of outdoor activities but also clod to places to go out to eat. We had a fun and relaxing getaway. Would highly recommend this place. »

« Our stay was wonderful. Nature all around us. The cabin was very well equipped. Nothing we can thing of was missing. Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. Check in was super easy. An access code is sent and it works well. For nature lovers - we were very amused by all the hummingbirds chasing each other around. »

« Beautiful property!!!! The host was very accommodating. The lake was quiet and the view across the lake is beautiful. We enjoyed coffee on the patio, boating, paddleboarding, the hot tub, and late night s'mores at the beautiful fire pit. We will definitely be back. »

« This was a great stay! It is exactly as described and like reviews say, amazing. The dome is in the back of the RV area so you get a nice view and plenty of space. They bring firewood and other amenities if you need. We flew kites are n the field, checked out the tree house, and it was only a 8 minute walk to the bath house and the beach/lake which was very nice! We had fun on the inflatables! « We had an amazing stay at the cabin! It’s a bit of a drive from any of the towns, but blissfully quiet and very peaceful. And a lovely drive! Came with my partner, nephew and dogs and we all loved it. The steps up to the house were a little tough for my small dog, and required a little balance with our suitcases, but nothing we couldn’t manage. The cabin is quaint and cozy with all the basics, and our host was so kind and accommodating. I’d absolutely recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway! »

« This was our fist time doing a VRBO. Check-in was easy. Kitchen could have used a light over the stove but nicely equipped. Great wi-fi. Parking was a short distance - a little difficult for hubby who uses a walker but ok. Loved listening to the tree frogs but didn’t see any fireflies. We had turkeys across the field in the am. Suggested to owner they install grab bars in shower and they appreciated the suggestion. If we go to Churchill next year we will book with them again. »

« What a wonderful property! We loved the privacy of our site and the outdoor area was so fun and relaxing for my partner and I! The hot tub was a hit for him and provided much pain relief and I loved having the ability to cook on the griddle/grill combo! We met Wes on our way out and had a wonderful talk about the area and local culture- he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We both hope to be back for another visit soon! »
