Nohga Hotel Kiyomizu Kyoto
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Nohga Kiyomizu. From the location to the amenities such as a fresh bakery ad rooftop bar with a clear view of Kiyomizu Dera, we couldn't have asked for more!

Large hotel room. Clean. Lots of room. Great shower. You can hear people walking around in the room above. The floor was paper thin and you could hear every step.
