« Staff was not cooperative at all. I don't know why but they don't allow food to be served in room. We had our 1 year old baby and was asking if you can or we can take the dinner in room because outside it was very cold but strangely denied the request. Also, we were having breakfast in there restaurant before checkout and it 11AM, and they said you need to leave the room because next guest will come and we need to clean, we said please allow us 5 mins to finish the breakfast, our bags are...
