« L'accueil à l'hotel s'est déroulé parfaitement. Le check-in fut rapide. La chambre est vraiment comme sur les photos. Nous avions pris la moins chère et il y avait quand même une vue sur la mer. Je n'ai rien à dire sur l'était de la chambre et la propreté. C'est dire que c'est un compliment car je n'hésite pas à critiquer lorsque c'est sale. L'hôtel est au top. Les différentes salles de restaurations sont superbes. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, je vous conseille d'y aller le jour-même...

"L'accueil à l'hotel s'est déroulé parfaitement. Le check-in fut rapide. La chambre est vraiment comme sur les photos. Nous avions pris la moins chère et il y avait quand même une vue sur la mer. Je n'ai rien à dire sur l'était de la chambre et la propreté. C'est dire que c'est un compliment car je n'hésite pas à critiquer lorsque c'est sale. L'hôtel est au top. Les différentes salles de restaurations sont superbes. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner, je vous conseille d'y aller le jour-même sans reservation. C'était environ 14€ par prrsonne et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Rien à voir avec les traditionnels continentaux à 30€/personne. English, sri lankan, asiatique, fruits, patisseries françaises, c'était vraiment top. "

Personnel charmant, mis à part un des gardes qui scanne les sacs, il m'a repoussé pour faire passer avant moi une personne en me disant que cette personne était "riche" je trouve cette attitude particulièrement choquante. La piscine à débordement sur une zone en chantier, c'est étrange, il suffirait de mettre de buissons pour cacher la vue et rendre l'endroit plus agréable"

"séjour de 2 semaines horrible, l'hôtel est toujours en travaux, piscine en travaux, des mariages et des réceptions bruyantes très tard la nuit, privatisation des espaces communs pour les évènements y compris le 31/12, une vue sur océan de la chambre avec continuellement des travaux, on ne respecte pas la clientèle de l'hôtel, service très long et repas servi froid, contact très difficile avec le personnel, il faut continuellement réclamer pour obtenir une réponse, managers de l'hôtel inaccessible, réveillons de Noël et nouvel an, les pires de notre vie, early booking et départ tardif avec un tarif exorbitant très souvent offert aux clients pour de long séjour dans des hôtels 4 ou 5 étoiles , notre avis sur les sites de tourisme internet seront à la mesure de notre insatisfaction et déception sur cet hôtel "
