She barely spoke english. When we checked out she didn\`t believe that we had already paid hotel and we almost didn\`t catch the ferry. She didn\`t tell us about the breakfast and we thought there isn\`t any. All in all she was by far the rudest person we have met working in a hotel. The other staff was more kind, but nobody told us there is a free breakfast, so that is not good customer service either.
