We have stayed in a lot of UK Premier Inns so we are used to the standards. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. If you require your room cleaning you have to mention to reception, which was no issue for us. Similarly, for additional tea/coffee you just had to ask. Location is great for tourists. Central location and easy access to trams, buses and trains at nearby Alexanderplatz station. Hop on hop off buses also stop very closeby, if using those. We didn't eat here due to other plans made for our short stay, but we used the bar for a couple of drinks. Reasonably priced and nice relaxed atmosphere. We were able to leave our luggage here on early arrival and for our late departure, which was a great help. I would recommend this hotel to others wanting a clean and comfortable place to stay and easy access to main attractions and public transport.
