Chalets à Kodak

« It is extremely beautiful and accurate to all the photos. I would recommend to anyone. »

« Amazing view. Hosts stayed in communication when there was an issue that affected the community after a major storm knocked out the water for the area. No fault of their own but they were fast to respond to us when we didn't know what happened and they remained in communication with the community hoa to determine time frame of repair for us. 10/10 would stay here again. »

« Six night stay starting 6/14/26. Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at High & Dry! Located on a quiet culdesac minutes away from The Island in Pigeon Forge and short drive to Gatlinburg. Steps away from a peaceful paved walk along the river; home to a lot of geese. Our house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The large deck among trees was a great place for morning coffee. Nice, private area. Our first trip to Tennessee was wonderful and we will be returning...

« Michelle & Casey were so friendly, communicative, and helpful. They checked on us a few times during our stay, and they jumped in to address an issue that arose immediately. The property is very clean, convenient, and in a gorgeous location. My family cannot wait to come back and spend more time there. »

« Water pressure in the shower very weak. Bathroom fan doesn't seem to work. While wifi did not work at first, they quickly resolved the issue early on the second day. Mattresses seemed high quality and we slept great on them. Cobwebs above living room curtains. Living room ceiling fan light doesn't seem to work. Two lights out in bathroom. »

« Great location and lovely quiet area. »
