« We stayed for around five weeks. We were very impressed with the house. All the appliances you could want in the kitchen and plenty of room in the cupboards. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and both bathrooms were good. We had breakfast overlooking the lake. We were lucky enough to see both Ducks and Geese both with young. « Clean and accommodating. The house was near a very busy road (Houston Lake ), so traffic noise was an issue. We did have a very entertaining evening watching the 3 police vehicles stopping one car after another for speeding. This lasted a couple of hours.The location was perfect for our needs-we were 15 minutes away from the fairgrounds and the route to the fairgrounds was easy.If anything,I would recommend expanding the porch are at the back of the house as the back yard was big and quiet. »
