« What a wonderful house! We were 6 adults and 3 grand kids and had plenty of room for all of us. This house is impeccably clean and well maintained, and very comfortable. The beach is a short 4 minute walk thru the grasses and the beach itself is fantastic! The host was terrific and made sure we were welcome and taken care of. It was a truly memorable time, with pelicans, eagles, and whales too! »

« The cabin is modern, warm, and cozy. The hosts provided everything we needed during our stay. The ocean is a short and easy walk thru the dunes and native plants. The path is maintained. Beautiful sunsets from the beach and the patio. Trails around the property to walk our pup.On the morning of our departure we saw a bald eagle at the edge of the dunes. The cabin has a telescope so that was fun to see closeup on our last day. »

« We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The cottage is cozy, comfortable and very clean! A comfortable bed and we found that despite being close to the highway, it was quiet. While small, it offers almost everything one could want in a beach stay. A well equipped kitchen and dishware for meals in. « We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend. »

« My sister and I enjoyed this house very much. The first day was extremely stormy so we felt fortunate to have such a relaxing and cozy place to hang out. Very clean and nicely furnished. We loved the fireplace. The beds weren't the most comfortable we have had but were fine. I struggled a bit with the lock but staff was very accessible to help. It was a great location to get to a lot of different places. Do yourself a favor and walk out the back gate to check out Sadie and Josie's Bakery. Truly...
