"Cottage is incredibly comfortable with many little details considered. Honestly the best cottage I've stayed in and i would absolutely book again. Watching eagles soar right out window, nest very easily spotted with the binoculars provided, was a highlight. Lake is beautiful and cottage feels like a good friends place, super welcoming."

"Location was amazing, right on the water. We were able to kayak and SUP our entire stay. Janice was an amazing host. She shared so much of her local knowledge that we experienced things we may have missed had she not told us. Drive from Toronto is very easy. Hoping to stay there again."

"This property is beautiful and the cottage was immaculately clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway with kids and dog. We hiked the nearby hydro Palmer Rapids portage route every day. The kids cold plunged in the river and then warmed up by the bonfire. The river itself is majestic at this spot and the view from the cottage sofa and the screened-in porch was excellent. Kellie and Florencia were easy to get ahold of and answered any question we had. "We rented this property for a weeks vacation to go snowmobiling. It is located very close to the trails, and the circular driveway made trailer parking very easy. The house itself was great - clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, huge dining table, and everything as promised. We would definitely return to this location!"

"This is a great option if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The lake is ideal for swimming and using the SUP and paddle boat. The selection of DVDs and board games provided were great for downtime and rainy days. The beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need! We couldn't get any cell service in the immediate area, but if you are looking to switch off, this shouldn't be a problem! Overall a really good stay!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Cottage was comfortable and the front lawn was great for playing games. We took advantage of the area's attractions such as local antique car show, biking, hiking and the Bonnechere caves. The lake is very clean and clear and was great for swimming. I would recommend the provision of a microwave and bath towels to make it even better. Overall was a great value."
