Located close to beaches, nature preserves, and historic sites, this two-story, newly-built vacation rental is a peaceful, full-featured choice for your next getaway to the Outer Banks. Outer Banks Kayak Adventures and Run Hill State Natural Area are both just a half mile away. Climb the steps, cross the front porch, and pass through the door into a bright, open living space with a vaulted ceiling, comfortable furnishings, and a large TV for streaming your favorite channels. Nearby, visiting chefs will find everything they need in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and an island with counter seating, while more formal meals can be enjoyed at the dining table. Head downstairs and out to the shaded patio where you'll find a bar, comfortable bench seating, a gas grill, and access out to the large, fenced yard where the kids can run and play! You'll love soaking in the private hot tub after a long day of adventure.

Nice clean place to stay

We enjoyed this place. It had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our group. Location was good but they were building a house next door which was loud during the day but they stopped at night. We loved the hot tub.

Very nice house, with an awesome layout. It was in a convienent location and minutes from the beach and eateries. Such a great kitchen for preparing meals with a huge dining room table for playing games. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Great place and location - just needs a good cleaning

First, We would stay here again, but would hope that the feedback we provided to Vacasa was constructive and helps a future stay be more enjoyable for others. Very nice house, with an awesome layout. It was in a convienent location and minutes from the beach and other places of interest. Such a great kitchen for preparing meals with a huge dining room table for playing games. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The grill worked great as did the wifi. They had games to play and stuff for the beach which we used. Had a drain issue with sinks and a shower and had to use a plunger multiple times. Several cleaning issues (too many to list) that we took care of mostly ourselves. We loved the house, but it just needs a good cleaning and a plumber. Nothing personal at all…just want to share so it can be easily corrected for the next guest experience.

Great size for the eight of us. Excellent location for those who want to central in the OBX. Living room furniture not the most comfortable. Replacement of several bed linens and shower head on main floor needed. Yard maintenance non existent and rendering grill dormant. Relocate hot tub to rear instead of carport. Replace carpet in dining area due to large stain. Kitchen well appointed, blender nice addition. Toaster has seen better days as have some of the pans. Overall very comfortable and clean, would stay again!

Great House, Poor Yard (overgrown grass, weeds, and ant hills)

The interior of the house and the location were great. We'd stay here again. However, we were disappointed with the care of the lawn. Based on the pictures, we expected our kids to be able to play in the backyard, but it was overgrown with weeds, grass, and many ant hills. All the neighboring properties next door were very well-cut and manicured. This one was really, really bad during the week of our stay. It's our only complaint, but with 4 young kids, we were banking on the fenced-in yard to be a place where they could burn off energy and play. This wasn't the case. HOWEVER...based on the house and amenities alone, we would stay here again.

The property was very nice, and very comfortable. A 6 PM check in time is ridiculous though and the property manager was not flexible at all, despite it being off-season.

Super nice place

While not on the beach the home was beautiful. Had everything we could have needed and then some. The beach accessories were a nice touch. Neighbors were very nice. If you are going plan ahead for a golf cart or drive to the beach and park in the plentiful beach access lots.
