Easy walk to the beach and ice cream. Short drive to groceries at Harris Teeter and lots of restaurants. Only ding I give the neighborhood is more than expected traffic on 8th Ave and people tended to drive too fast. House was great…clean and neat with everything we needed for the whole family. Space, linens, kitchen items, grill, outdoor shower and beach equipment. ROKU was hard for us to figure out but we’re not ROKU users. Teenage boys got it worked out.
