"Ants in the bathroom. They came to spray the first day but they returned hours later because there were cracks all over the bathroom. The shower didn’t properly seal so the bathroom floor was soaked after our showers. It needs some serious upkeep. Also informed them it was our honeymoon and that we don’t drink and hoped for something other than a bottle of wine which they were not accommodating to. The man who checked us in was not friendly, welcoming or warm. He seemed bothered by our questions."

"I would rate this property five out of a five. The location was very centralized to everything. The continental breakfast was fresh with a lot of variety. The beds were very comfortable. Three pools plus the hot tub with varying temperatures. I highly recommend."

"The property was nice and clean the rooms were very small. The parking is terrible you have to pay to park even if you rent a golf cart and the parking lot was 2 blocks away. There is no free parking in key west anymore. We paid an average of $100 to park a golf cart. Best option is uber"

"The “private beach” was unclean and small. The public beach was better and cleaner. Nothing to do around the area. The room we got did not had beach view. When asked for it they told us that because the bought via Expedia, that they can not move us to a beach view. I’m realizing that they treat people different when they see the package is bought through expedía"

"Would love to review but when we arrived we were told there was a problem with the booking and we were moved to another hotel. The Orchid Key was very good but clearly we should should have been informed before we arrived"
