Despite presenting valid identification clearly proving that my wife is our daughter’s mother, Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir insisted on a written consent form from me to allow our child to stay. This requirement was never communicated in advance, nor is it a standard or reasonable expectation in international hospitality. It also raises a serious concern—why should a woman need her husband’s written consent to stay at a hotel with her own child, especially when official identification clearly establishes the relationship? At the time, I was on a flight and unreachable, leaving my wife and child stranded in the middle of the night with no accommodation despite the stay being fully paid at Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir. They were forced to leave Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir and find another hotel at a very late hour. Fortunately, another hotel accepted them immediately upon checking their IDs, and even expressed surprise at the treatment they received from Swiss Otel Büyük Efes İzmir. "

"We lucked in finding these guys , we had a lovely stay in this family owned hotel . Nothing was too much trouble , from helping us to arrange a tour of Ephesus to restaurant recommendations and more . The Turkish breakfast was something we looked forward to getting up for each morning . All the cakes and bread were made fresh each day by their in-house breakfast cook .
