You'll have access to the pool, hot tub, bar, snack bar and the private beach with an amazing view. We installed an oversized A/C unit to keep you cool. You'll love the open kitchen/dining area and a spacious living room. Queen sized bedroom sets, 42" smart TV's and alarm clocks with usb charging ports in all three bedrooms. New couches in the living room.. 55" smart tv in the living room to watch all you favorite shows, movies or play your favorite games. House is equipped with high speed internet and wi-fi. Tired of spending money on ice everyday? We provide an extra chest freezer and use a local guide trick by making our own block ice to fill our coolers and add water to make a freezing cold bath for your catch or drinks. We also use this freezer to freeze our fresh catch. Local guide trick, fill your bags with the fillets and salt water then freeze. This stops freezer burn. We've also had the pleasure of returning from the grocery store and realized that there is only enough room in the refrigerator for food and no room for the beer or drinks. I mean it's only 1000 degrees out and you need cold drinks. Problem solved. We added a second refrigerator for just beer and drinks. The house is equipped with a gas and charcoal grill, fish cleaning station, 2 kayaks and life jackets. City of Key Colony requires a signed rental agreement for guests stay. We will send out a link prior to check in for electronic signature of the rental agreement.
