"This cabin was perfect! We got in late but there are motion sensor lights outside and the inside was lit up as well. It was clean, stocked, comfortable and really made our trip even more enjoyable. Great place to stay!!"

"Extremely quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by farmland and close to Seneca lake. One of the beds is a foam mattress to put on the floor. You’ll have to cover the motion detector light if you want to sleep."

"Overall, our impression is that the property was very comfortable as a campsite. The property was very much what we had hoped for -- (mostly) quiet, forest, trails. Thought "Frog House" meant frog sounds all night, but .... "

"This was a perfect place to stay while hiking the Bristol Hills Branch of the Finger Lakes Trail. Close enough to the trailheads and places to eat after. "

"Perfect spot to hit all the things in and around the area. Close to everything yet completely private. Gorgeous view of the lake, well maintained and comfortable house for a good size group. Plenty of parking and you can walk to the distillery and a winery. Host is very responsive and helpful. Will be back!"

"Our stay was everything we dreamed it would be. No distractions of electronics, just time to enjoy nature. Everything we well thought out. Enjoyed our visit very much!"

"Cozy little cabin. It was chilly & raining during our trip, so we were bummed we didn’t get to kayak or use the firepit, but the cabin had propane heat that kept us nice and warm. The bed was comfortable, and hosts supplied everything you would need. Great location a short drive from everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend! "
