This completely remodeled ground level 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has the ideal downtown location with easy walkable access to dining, shopping and nightlife. Enjoy everything Ketchum has to offer from this upscale location.
The wireless internet is very fast (271.9 download and 11.8 upload speeds).

*** Peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times. ***
We offer contactless check-in. However, we will be available by phone during your stay. Additionally, we offer in-person support/maintenance when needed. Contact information will be provided after booking.
The Olympic Terrace Condos are one of the newest upscale complexes in the Ketchum area. Walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The condo is two blocks to the free town shuttle which provides transportation to the mountain for some of the finest world class skiing and around the entire Ketchum and Sun Valley/Elkhorn Resort area.
There is a reserved parking space for you in the underground garage. An elevator takes you up to the unit. You will enter the condo by using a lockbox making arrival at any time easy
The 850 square foot, one level condo is Air Conditioned for summer comfort, has tile heated floors throughout. Entering the condo, you will find an open kitchen, dining and living area. There is a 55" LG TV and Sonos soundbar ready to accommodate your Direct TV and Netflix accounts or use our basic cable service. There is a small deck off the living area and the inside dining table seats four comfortably. The private bedroom has a King size bed, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. The couch in the living room serves as a futon and can accommodate an adult or a couple of kids. There is a full-size washer and dryer.
The free Mountain Rides shuttle bus stops within walking distance.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Apartment had everything we needed. It is basically on the street level but we did not have noise. We would recommend staying here. The apartment is bigger than the pictures make it seem.
