It was super nice being able to walk to the beach everyday and take the dog on the trail at the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve. All of the locals were very friendly. Several beautiful beaches and small towns are close by as well. There are some great markets in Kennebunk with lots of organic and fresh foods as well. The property was the perfect size for us. The kitchen could use some more basic items for cooking. The property had been cleaned but there were long black hairs on the couches and floors and in the bathtub. The couches are pretty stained and one side of the bed is being held up by slats of wood. We woke up with a backache every day. We could also have used a washer and dryer, there is a space for one. King bed mattress not that comfortable, but Murphy bed was. Also not 100% clear on where to park with 2nd car. It was about a 10 min drive to Kennebunk and 20 to Ogunquit. No place to eat in walking distance unfortunately. Didn't walk to the beach so no opinon on that. The kitchen was really cute and clean as well. Overall recommended ##### Lina J.
