The walk to the beach was very convenient. Several beautiful beaches and small towns are close by as well. There are some great markets in Kennebunk with lots of organic and fresh foods as well. The property was the perfect size for us. The kitchen could use some more basic items for cooking. The property had been cleaned but there were long black hairs on the couches and floors and in the bathtub. The couches are pretty stained and one side of the bed is being held up by slats of wood. We woke up with a backache every day. We could also have used a washer and dryer, there is a space for one. A broom would be nice as well so we could have cleaned up our sand. Easy access to Kennebunkport, Parsons Beach, and hiking trails. I was off-season so it was hard to get a sense of the immediate area - quite a bit of construction going on on the property (no noise) so it was difficult to get a sense for the grounds/community. ##### Susan L.
