  • Our vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building. With 3 bedrooms and a living/dining area, it can accommodate up to 12 guests and is well-suited for families. We provide sleeping arrangements for 9 adults/children (10th person upon request) and 2 travel cribs.

    Amenities also include a parking space in the courtyard and a washing machine.

    Depending on the season, the area is ideal for hiking, biking, and skiing. Nearby attractions include lakes for swimming, a swimming pool with a sauna area, golf courses, and various sights, such as the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle.

    A 3-minute walk to Kempten’s main train station.
    A supermarket (Netto Discount, bakery) is a 2-minute walk away.
    The Forum Allgäu shopping center is a 5-minute walk away.
    You can reach the city center in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

Sehr gute Wohnung in guter Lage.

Das Wochenende, das wir dort verbracht haben, war super. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert, die Wohnung ist mit den 3 Schlafzimmern gut geeignet, wenn mit mehreren Paaren verreist wird. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die Innenstadt fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Wenn die fehlenden Rollläden nicht stören, kann ich den Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen.
