« What Could Be Improved: There wasn't any soap or toilet paper provided. I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

« True/Facts: Our Room on the second floor does not have a working phone. It looked like a props/toy phone only. Very difficult for someone who is physically challenged with underlying conditions because if you need serv you have to walk down the stairs to go to front lobby. Management was informed but the service request was dismissed as unimportant. NO PETS policy but their own pets (cat/dog) roam around the property, even in their Cafe (Eagle's Nest) Alfresco where renters/transients eat our...
