« L'hotel est bien situé. Le parking sous terrain sécurisé est accessible facilement, prix raisonnable 17€/jour. Check-in facile et rapide, personnel agréable, Hotel propre. La chambre (standard) est grande et nous avions un 3ème lit pour notre enfant. Cafetière en chambre, salle avec fers et planches à repasser accessible. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un grand choix de produit, y aller de bonne heure pour être au calme (+ de 500 chambres, ça fait du monde à table !). Pas de frig o dans les...

« Les photos de l’hébergement sont celles d’un restaurant et non de l’hôtel, qui n’en est pas un d’ailleurs. Les chambres se trouvent au fond d’une cour mal entretenue. Les clés sont dans des boîtes verrouillées. Lorsque nous sommes arrivées à la localisation, personne n’a répondu à nos appels téléphoniques répétés. J’ai dû demander à des passants et aux serveurs. C’est finalement l’assistance Expedia qui nous a grandement aidées, permettant qu’on réponde enfin à mon appel. La chambre était...

« Logement idéal pour un voyage de quelques jours entre amis car chacun avait son lit (literie correcte pour quelques jours, mais pas plus) . Situé à env. 20 min du centre en tram, avec différents tram presque au pied de l'immeuble. Il y a toujours quelqu'un à la réception. »

Et à cela s'ajoute une publicité mensongère car j'ai choisi cet hôtel en raison de la présence d'une piscine dont il n'était à aucun endroit de l'annonce précisé qu'elle était facturée et même abusivement surfacturée. »
