Like finding a pearl in the sea, this hidden gem's modest rates do not reflect its luxuries. Tucked into the center of the island, it makes for the most optimal way to explore the Island. But a short jaunt from Hanalei Bay, Princeville, Waimea Canyon, and even Poipu beach!
Close by beach access, bike path, dining, hiking, kayaking, surfing, shopping, & resort facilities.
4-unit buildings, in a prime spot on the beach side, very partial ocean views from outside patio of Kapaa town.

Die Ferienwohnung war vom Flughafen super schnell zu erreichen und sauber als wir ankamen. Der Kontaktlose Check-in hat leider nicht auf Anhieb geklappt. Ab 15 Uhr haben wir vor der Unterkunft auf den Code für die Tür gewartet. Nach vielen Versuchen jemanden zu erreichen haben wir dann nach gut 1 Stunde warten den Code und die Apartmentnummer bekommen. Was und etwas gefehlt hat war ein Tisch wo wir zusammen hätten sitzen können. Es gibt zwar einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Barhockern aber da wir zu 3 gereist sind konnte einer nicht mit am Tisch sitzen.

Unit was clean, except I noticed the vent/fan in the bathroom was dusty and I wasn't even sure if it was working, it was so quiet. Very close to the beach, just a few minutes walk. close to Airport, shopping, grocery store. Kapa'a is central, doesn't take long to get to the North shore , south or west side. Was visiting family and attending nephew's celebration of life, so this condo was close to family

Nice central condo on east shore
This condo in Kapa’a is pretty nice. We stayed for four nights and picked it because it was an easy drive from the airport after a long day of traveling. It’s well stocked: good kitchen supplies (no toaster but we baked toast in the oven), beach towels, a couple beach chairs, soaps, shampoo and extra toothbrushes, etc. There’s a nice beach to sit on, but not walk or swim (at least while we were there in winter). There’s also a bike/run path that goes for miles and a gorgeous place to watch the sunrise. Easy access to both north and south shore sites about 30 minutes away. Good WiFi, coffee, great shave ice and grocery store right across the street. Like everywhere on kauai there are lots of chickens so bring ear plugs. They don’t just crow at sunrise! The one negative was getting in. Vrbo sent the apartment number to email but it didn’t update in the app. I called the property manager and she got us the apartment number about 20 min later and we still had a hard time finding it. The numbers are really hard to see at night so we were basically going right up to people’s apartments to find the number at 11pm at night, noticing people lived there and sheepishly walking away. It’s a good thing we texted her because the app and email did not have the door lock code. On our first day of visiting we also could not figure out how to lock the door from the outside and had to contact the property manager again. You have to lock the door with the inside knob and then pull it closed. Two small things that added a lot of stress and could be solved with a couple of lines in the email/app. Otherwise good trip.

Excellent location, unit number confusion
Great location, nice bed albeit no AC unit; just fans. The main issue was that it was difficult to find the unit number information in the app and we ended up waiting outside in the parking lot for the staff for 15 min to respond to us before we could get into the house. Also, the lock box code provided in the app was wrong, we had to use one given to us by the host.

Lovely place. Good location
Property is clean and nice. Half a block to the ocean. Conveniently located right across Safeway, Ross, Shave Ice, and other stores. We had a great time staying there.
