We LOVE Kauai and hope you will too! You are invited to come and enjoy our beautifully renovated condo in paradise. A charming, laid-back ocean front property, Kauai Kailani a rediscovered treasure, is conveniently located in the quaint beach-side community of Kapaa, on gorgeous Waipouli Beach on the famous Coconut Coast of Kauai.

Less than 7 miles from the airport, (no, you do not hear the planes). You have easy access to either the north or south shores and all Kapaa has to offer. Kapaa was on the Forbes list of most beautiful towns in America.


Our condo has been totally renovated from the studs up. New paint, back splash, and washer/dryer in May 2015. Pools, gardens, and lanais have been updated too! This is a second floor end unit with a pool and garden view (also ocean and mountain view) from your private lanai (deck), about 100 steps to sand beach.

This professionally designed condo has contemporary Hawaiian décor. The master bedroom has a king bed and the den has a queen sofa bed. Sliding doors provide privacy for the den. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.

Beach access, free wireless Internet access, free parking, BBQ facilities, two private pools (one ocean front, the other below the lanai), cable TV, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler are provided for you to enjoy. A Pack ‘n Play is available upon request.

Easy walking distance to Starbucks, Safeway, Foodland, several restaurants, shopping, and more.

All you need for a perfect stay in Kauai!

This property was perfect for our stay on the island. Just enough space to share for 2 couples. Turns out Kapaa is a really good location since it's about 1h30 more or less to reach every bits and corner of the island. We apprecitated the nice touch of having some beach chairs & sun umbrella to use, as well as snorkeling equipement and soft cooler to bring for our day adventures. Thanks to our hosts and we definitely recommend this place.

Centrally located with everything you need for your vacation provided in the condo. We were able to spend time during our stay in all the parts of the island with just a quick trip. It is on a walking/biking trail that is miles long on the ocean front and is spectacular. Bike rentals are just down the street. Lydgate children’s play park and beach is about 5 min away and has plenty of parking and was a hit with our grand daughter. Their shore break ponds makes beginner snorkelling easy and swimming with small children far less worrisome. The condo was thoughtfully decorated, well taken care of and clean. We loved our stay on Kauai and will be back.

This condo was an incredibly comfortable space to relax after adventuring all day. Steps away from the beach, what more could you ask for! I even forgot some belongings on the last day and luckily I was still local, the cleaners put them in a bag for me on the doorknob! It was so kind of them to coordinate that for me. I'd love to stay here again

The windows in the main bedroom & bath would not close all the way causing hot air to enter the rooms. I appreciated that The island contact was readily available for answers to questions. Amazing Stay in Kapaa!

My husband and I absolutely LOVED staying in this condo. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. It was also an easy drive to any part of the island. The condo was spacious and clean. The check in/out instructions were clear and helpful. We didn't have any issues with finding parking during different times of the day. Having easy/short access to the beach was wonderful for watching sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend staying here & we are already looking to see their 2026 availability in hopes that we can stay here again soon.

As Great as It Looks

This apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is appointed with kitchen implements, dishware, utensils, pans, some basic staples and herbs. Breezes keep the room pleasant without the need for air conditioning.It is located south of Kapaa, a nice position between the Northwest side beyond Princeville and the Southwest side of Waimea Canyon State Park.

Great condo!

We had a great time on Kauai staying here and we would certainly stay here again. Our only word of advice, and not a knock against the host, is that the bedroom can sometimes get stuffy so if you’re a light sleeper that can’t do warm temperatures, the pull out queen bed they have in the living room would suit you better. The hosts are fantastic and have a lovely place.

Comfort in Paradise

This place is amazing! Centrally located and clean! Our stay here was most enjoyable. The condo is well thought out with many amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. My favorite part of the day is sunrise on the beach with a cup of coffee. The rest of the day we went exploring. Be aware that to access the beaches on the north shore you need a reservation that can be made 30 days in advance and sell out quickly. GoHaena.com you need this for Tunnels beach and Ke`e beach and Blue room cave. Smith's tropical Paradise has the best luau, IMO. This too sells out quickly so make your reservations in advance.

Clean and Cozy-Parking (car broke into) -Comfortable King Bed-A/C is minisplit in living room

Enjoyed our stay, but location has some concerns that can’t really be described in Description. Vey comfortable primary bed. Fold out bed wasn’t really comfortable for two small young adults adult. Kitchen is beautiful and fully functional with everything you need. Don’t leave cookies/treats out. The ants will get them, but it’s a lush island. Just put in fridge. Whole house A/C is actually a single Minisplit with a portable fan to direct air towards primary bedroom. It is Kauai. Research nice calm beaches and you will find at least four. The rest are big wave beautiful beaches. Here is the primary Beef. Parking is quite a fiasco. If the spots on the left side of the complex are full( all dirt park as can)-then there are five stalls that you can assume next door and walk through the complex wall to get. Do Not Leave Valuable s in Car. Our window was busted out the night before traveling home. Opened dash up to The thief’s loss. Nothing left inside. But I would be concerned. Maybe leave all storage areas open so thief can see nothing inside

The stay in the unit and the unit itsself was fine. We had only problems with the door lock which didn’t work sometimes. The last day I had to use a ledder and take the way across the balcony. But perhaps it was our fault because we have complete other systems in Germany to enter an apartment.

Paradise ❤️

I couldn’t have had a better place to stay. It had that extra touch to make you feel right at home. When they say 100 steps to beach they were correct. I got up early and saw beautiful sunrises and also saw a monk seal on the beach. Location was perfect to see many excursions. Another plus was the bike path along the beach. I just got up n walked for miles on it . Also great stores to shop in. People were all so friendly. The cleaning person Sheila was excellent n there for anything you needed. I would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone. Thank you to the owners for giving me a little piece of their paradise Rhonda Ward from Rhode Island
