"I had the twin tower room view, but the room seemed smaller than the ones on the pictures, and the towers are much closer so really you are staring straight at the facade - I was on 12th floor and do believe perhaps better view on higher floors. That being said, the service is excellent throughout the experience. "

"The condo was extremely beautiful and modern. Nice furniture the bathroom was very well built and good taste. The kitchen was extremely well designed, the view from my bedroom and the pool and gym was fantastic, the staff was very kind especially Eason who gave me my money back . What I did not like fighting to get my money back $200 and giving me wrong email address to complain?? And I am sure will never receive a respond from you?? This is the part I don’t like ? You try to steal money from tourists because office is close ? So what happens when you leave during the night or early in the morning? You receive my complaint by mail hoping to hear from you ? I Doubt I will receive something from you? "

"What a fantastic stay! The location is top-notch, right next to the KLCC park and in direct contact with the KLCC Suria Mall and the Petronas Towers (you just have to navigate the corridors). There is a metro station about 5 minutes away on foot. Service was excellent. The room was huge as was the bed which was super comfortable with two different types of pillows. Two things could be improved : the TV selection was very limited (only one news channel: BBC World) and most importantly, full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion need to be implemented like in most hotels these days rather than these tiny bottles which generate so much plastic waste. The room being very large, it would have been nice to have a recycling bin as well."
