From the moment you enter the gate, you are welcomed by panoramic oceanfront views and tropical surroundings. Spend your days enjoying the private swimming pool with a water slide, unwind in the spa after travel, or relax in the shaded gazebo with a refreshing ocean breeze. The poolside grilling area makes outdoor dining easy, whether you are preparing fresh island seafood or a sunset barbecue.

The main oceanfront home features a spacious lanai perfect for sunset dinners overlooking the water. Inside, you will find a luxurious king suite with an en suite bathroom designed for comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, extended stays, or entertaining. The living room offers additional sleeping space with a pull-out sofa and a full guest bathroom for added convenience.

The upstairs guest house provides additional privacy and flexibility, making this property ideal for families or small groups traveling together. It includes a queen bed, private bathroom, pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette for light meal preparation. Step onto the guest house lanai to take in spectacular ocean views and warm Hawaiian sunsets.

For year-round comfort, both the main home and guest house now feature air conditioning throughout.

Important Information for Guests:
The private pool and water slide are not fenced, and the pool is not heated. A gate provides direct beach access but is not locked. While children are welcome, the property is not childproof. Adult supervision is required at all times. Furnishings and décor may be updated periodically; however, sleeping capacity, seating, and overall functionality will remain the same or be enhanced.

Beautiful home, we stayed here for about 2 weeks and loved it. The views are spectacular,on another level.Seemed like the sunset every evening was for only us to watch. Kids enjoyed the pool and slide. We had small issue with jacuzzi and pool heat, but was resolved quickly. Thanks for the great service, big call out to Devin/CBIV for his professionalism. We will be back !

Hawaiian Paradise!

This house is one of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed. Breathtaking views and beautiful interiors make this home a must for your vacation stay. The pool and jacuzzi are the highlight of this home. You can swim right up to the ocean’s edge. This was the first of hopefully many trips back to this home.

The pictures don’t do this home justice. It is so much better when you get to take it all in in-person. If you get the chance to stay, you have to. The home is perfect and the pool and outdoor area are breathtaking. It has an extra home also with bedrooms. It is perfect in every way. Staying here is a must.

Ocean front for two

Excellent ocean front for view and sound. The main house can sleep 4 if you don't value privacy. We didn’t use the second house so we have no comment. The hot tub would not heat when we arrived. It was quickly resolved the next day. I would recommend that people request that the hot tub be functional and heated up when you arrive, that way you will save time waiting for it to be fixed. Next morning the coffee pot wouldn't work. Long flight, no hot tube at night or coffee in the morning, no fun. The management was quick to respond. The views, pool and location are awesome.M

Can't beat the view

The pool is a engineering marvel. The house is great. Fully stocked kitchen. We all loved it here. The guest house was nice and comfortable for two big people. I would love to stay here again! My only small complain was some pictures showed extra sleeping area in the ohana house that wasn't available.

Die Lage am Meer direkt ist top. Der Pool und die Rutsche für die Kinder waren super. Einen Zugang zum Meer gibt es nicht am Haus zum Baden. Das Haus ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Es sind zwei Häuser eigentlich. Heißt ein Schlafzimmer ist separat. Was mit Kindern je nachdem schwierig ist. Für uns ging das aus der Anzeige nicht hervor.

Perfect Hawaiian Paradise

Everything about this property was amazing!!! Perfect location to watch the sunset while swimming In the infinity pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees and plants. I would definitely stay here next time I come back to the island. 100% worth every penny!!!

Wonderful, mellow vacation

This was a beautiful house to have as a base camp for our first time in Kona. I stayed here with my two teen kids and a friend of theirs for a week and really enjoyed all the property had to offer. Two separate houses gave us a little privacy, the amazing pool was a delight, the landscaping was gorgeous, and I swear I could spend all day staring at the ocean. I hope to return one day.

AVOID THIS RENTAL and COLDWELL BANKER ISLAND VACATIONS

AVOID!!!!!This property literally had so much black mold and mildew in AC units that my entire family got sick and we had to spend time on the island sitting in doctors office. Was advised by 2 medical professionals when they saw pictures of the AC units that the rental was not safe and I needed to get my family out of the unit for their safety.Forced to leave unit 2 nights early and stayed with friends on the Island. Listed as having 2 working main house AC units, only one was working. Entered property on 6/9 to an unbearably hot unit. Noticed windows open and AC off. Hoped that was it. Unit literally gets as hot as 95 degrees during the day. Called CB Island Vacations and VRBO on 6/10,6/11,6/12, 6/13. Spent over 7.5 hours on phone and one full day waiting for repairs to hopefully be made and repair man never showed up. One AC unit ran non stop at 65 degrees and couldn't cool house during the day. Solution given to me on phone was for me to go purchase a floor fan and I would be reimbursed. When problems weren't resolved I found extension ladder to try to close windows. they were rusted and wouldn't close. Was also able to look at AC unit while on ladder. Filters looked like they had never been cleaned and there was so much black mold and slime in the unit I was alarmed. By Wednesday night I literally couldn't breath when in house. Went to minor med on Thursday morning for treamtement of exposure to excessive mold and mildew. Entire family is now sick with same symptoms.

Trip of a lifetime!

We loved our time here. The location is unbeatable. The pool, hot tub, and slide were used everyday. My fiance and I decided to get married on the lanai while we were there!! We had a traditional Hawaiian ceremony at sunset and it exceeded our expectations. We saw whales and rainbows and no one wanted to go home. Highly recommend. Only issues - the oven is older and the bake setting no longer works. The grill is also outdated and only 2 burners worked..it ran out of propane part way through the trip.

As has been stated the reality is even better than the pictures. We seldom left the property as it has everything one needs if seeking a relaxing vacation. Plenty of great whale watching right from the lanai. Amazing sunset views. Only had one minor issue to contact property manager. Propane in BBQ tank ran out and they responded immediately to have refilled.

So much potential!

This is the second time I have stayed in this home, absolutely wonderful place, great location with unbeatable views. Can I suggest the owners do some updating. Lighting is not very good, bedroom fan only has one speed, and new air conditioner unit is extremely loud. A couple slight, small but meaningful updates would go a long way for this wonderful home.

The pool & slide are amazing (Kids were taken back). The house had everything we needed. The towels were so great we ordered ones for our house. Location couldn't have been better, extremely quiet and secluded even though we did have neighbors. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent house right on the ocean!

This property is incredible! Setting aside minor issues upon check-in, we settled in to an amazing few days and were sad to leave. This house is just as it appears - directly on the water, with a large clean pool and spa, plus a water slide. The spa heats up quickly and was so relaxing to use at night. And the infinity pool is huge! We spent hours every day enjoying these features. The home is also clean and located just a short drive from downtown Kona. We were sad to leave and are already talking about planning a return trip!

Amazing getaway with stunning views

Great stay for our family vacation, my husband and I and our daughter and a nanny and my parents in law had just enough room to enjoy this property. One note to be aware of: is that sleeping space in main house assumes a close friends or family stay who don’t mind that there is a partial wall ( it’s an open space concept) between master bedroom and living room, somewhat limiting privacy, as you can hear everything. The property is in great location, is well kept, and managing team is very responsive to requests. Gorgeous pool, stunning views and complete tranquility! House has everything one may need in vacation. Minor suggestion: the door on the dryer needs replacement, as it’s not easy to open it with a broken handle.
