The location was ideal, offering the convenience of being close to town and the sights south of town. One of the most memorable aspects of the stay was falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the rocks each night. The property itself was spotless and had clearly been newly refurbished, adding a fresh and modern touch to the experience. It was clean, comfortable and the ocean view/sunsets could not have been better. It is well stocked with dishes, cooking equipment, beach toys, snorkeling equipment etc. it lacked nothing. Its location was ideal for us-close to everything. It was really nice to have dedicated parking. Our party of 4 fit comfortably, we never felt crowded. The lani was a great place for early mornings, sunset dinners and anytime in between. Ocean view is amazing! This property is on the third floor, and the views of the ocean are phenomenal. Everything was clean and tidy, and having snorkel and beach gear was certainly a plus. Only 1.5 miles to downtown, or heading south gets you to the nighttime manta ray excursion (highly recommended). Community gas grills are nice — just up the hill and complete with picnic tables to hang out. Every neighbor we met was helpful, kind, and friendly — highly recommend. ##### Randy N.
