From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here. \- PARKING - The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit and the guidebook sent prior to check-in. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk. \- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees. \- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate. \- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers. \- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. We loved so much about this place: well appointed in every way! The large table overlooking the desert is incredible, we played many games there. And the pickleball court with balls and paddles on property (tho we did bring our own) was sooo fun. We lived on to hang out, paddleball and the pool!! So fun. Great communication with hosts! Each family had a separate wing of the home and plenty of room in the common kitchen, living room, indoor and outdoor areas. Pickleball was a huge hit for everyone, while the pool and shaded patio enabled us to cool off as needed. Outings to Pappy and Harriet’s and into the national park coupled with our time at the home made for an unforgettable getaway. The home was like new… perfectly tended to and cared for with everything we needed for meal prep and dining. Highly recommend this rental. The Fieldtrip management company is responsive and on top of everything. Five stars+++. ##### David E.
