« This was my first visit to this cabin, and to the area, and I loved it! My Border Collie and I enjoyed hanging out seeing and listening to nothing but nature. The cabin is set well back off a very lightly travelled country road surrounded by trees. It had a nice fire pit area, and some hiking trails on the other side of the pond and around the huge yard. « My group had a great stay at Erika & Nick's cabin, such a nice, cozy, and clean place! Erika was very responsive and accommodating to all of my questions that I had leading up to the trip. At the time of my trip the temperature was getting into the 90s and was so thankful for the A/C and being so close to the lake to jump in to cool off! Given the chance I'd love to come back another time! »

« We had the most amazing time at this location. The lake is a flat walkout, which is so rare on Lake Wissota. The sunsets were perfect! We caught lots of fish in the evening! Small Mouth Bass, Walleye & Catfish. Communication was a 5 out of 5! We will definitely be back!! »

Only negative was lack of access to laundry in house (there is a laundromat nearby but not super convenient when on vacation). Overall a positive experience! »

« I don't typically write reviews, but this place was amazing! Most short term rental houses, you can tell they were remodeled with cheap materials and they cut corners everywhere. Not here! The house is gorgeous and all the materials are very nice and installed properly. I was super surprised. It was very refreshing. Everything went very well and we had a great couple nights there. Very clean. I would recommend to anyone!! »
