"We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort and would gladly return. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the location. The resort was within easy walking distance of several local restaurants, including Tammi's, and there were also two massage parlors nearby, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and relax without needing transportation. Tours and excursions also picked us up directly from the resort with no issues, making it easy to explore the island. The only downside was the resort's food. While the breakfast was acceptable, the remainder of the resort's food selections didn't quite match the exceptional quality of the accommodations and service. Thankfully, we discovered Tammi's on our first night, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant was air-conditioned (a welcome escape from the tropical heat), and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They took our food orders seriously and made sure everything was prepared exactly as requested. The bartender was exceptionally meticulous, and every drink was consistently excellent. We ended up returning multiple times during our stay because the service and food were so reliable. Overall, Nikki Beach exceeded our expectations. "Beautiful little hut right on the beach with own terrace and hammock. Super comfy bed, immaculately clean and even had your own drip coffee kit in the room! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really nice also. Only fault I could find was that you couldn’t lock the door from the inside so doesn’t feel super safe and might and the door and window were a bit gappy so a funny little millipede thing got into the room."

"We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. They are also spotlessly clean with all amenities. The resort makes you feel like you are in nature with lots of greenery and a pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was huge and cooked to order. The fruit plate was especially good. The resort is very quiet so was extremely relaxing. When we stayed in low season there was no lunch or evening restaurant but there are plenty of options nearby or in Nathon town. Ideally I think you need a car or motorbike as it's off the main road but taxis are freely available. We will certainly return if in Ko Samui and highly recommend the resort for a relaxing holiday."

"Good initially with wonderful views and great aesthetics.Living room and pool were amazing lighting in venue is excellent.Out door area and internal living great for 8 people.Functionality misleading No Gym just a wobble boardDamp smelly rooms down stairs with no hot water at allNo basic amenities Soap coffee milk No Garbage removal in 5 days and a lack of garbage bags to dispose of garbage .Overall upstairs rooms excellent but downstairs rooms need airing before arrival .Electricity on top is an extra cost as explained on the website .We had a great stay ,you need to get grab van to stop at top of driveway as access is very steep cars and bikes would not take us from property to the village only van ."

"This was our second visit to Siam Residence. We came originally in 2023. We love the simplicity, quietness and relaxed vibe here. Its lovely to just walk along the beach as far as you can go in either direction. The villas are big in terms of bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Maybe starting to show a bit of age in terms of decor but still good. The pool is lovely and the beach front is the best of the handful of properties on this beach. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The staff put a lot of time into keeping gardens, pool and villas clean. The food is very good. Breakfast is simple but you'll find the lunch and evening options are freshly prepared and very tasty. We loved the Thai curries. The bar may not be as flash as the one next door but the service is friendly. We think the venue is good value for money - you would pay double 400 yards up the road. We also had a couples massage in the beach hut which was good and exceptional value."
