"I’ll start with the positives. Ultra clean. Bathroom was impressive for a tiny home. Shower was awesome. Negatives- I can’t believe no one that has reviewed this location mentioned the trains that go through at all times of the night. The furniture in the living/dining room is super tiny. Like for 5’ tall people or shorter. The front door has a window but no shade or curtain. Not very private. Outside the front door, the owner has floodlights and one pointing right at the tiny house… kept going on and off every 30 seconds all night long. Internet… I’ll give it a 5 out of 10. Finally… not very good communication with the owner. We did the best we could on the check out because we had no direction for ANYTHING. I will reiterate… the place is super clean. The bed was also very comfy."

"We were looking for a quaint place without the Florida hype and this fit the bill. Country setting without the hustle and bustle just outside of Tampa. Can't beat the 30 min drive to Tampa International Airport!"

"Quaint, quiet hidden gem. The master lon bed was, well, broken or the frame was twisted. We had a laugh and a scare as we climbed into bed. Nicely decorated amd good use of space. Drain issues in sinks and you cant flush toilet paper. Outside of those areas the place was very nice. I would consider again in the future."

"When traveling with a child and 2 dogs we have learned we can't expect a whole lot, especially in the realm of cleanliness. Most pet friendly places aren't super clean, it's to be expected and we do genuinely appreciate the pet friendliness! BUT this place WREAKED like cat pee! I honestly question if the house was cleaned between renters bc there were greasy pots in the cabinets & it smelled like someone had just finished cooking when we got there. The 2 bathrooms only had 1 half roll of toilet paper each so we had to go buy our own. The upstairs shower had a bunch of hair in the drain & the floor of the shower was so dirty my husband had to clean the shower himself before we felt comfortable using it and all of the towels were dirty! The TV room had a dried questionable puddle in the middle of the room. On the other hand, the beds were very clean & comfortable. So there's that at least! The last thing to mention is, the setup of this place is super awkward. The description of the property says that there is a separate rental in the house. There is a locked door with a huge "DO NOT ENTER" sign separating the rentals. I think we got really unlucky with whoever was staying there the first night we were there (THIS IS NO FAULT OF THE OWNER, as far as I know just to be clear) because it was a couple who literally spent all night screaming at each other so we didn't sleep at all. If your budget is small & you need a pet friendly spot you get what you pay for!"
