"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "

There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. "The apartment was spotless with every possible amenity that you could want and so thoughtfully arranged. Where there could be any doubt about how to use something there were written instructions. The bed was very comfortable in a spacious bedroom with a nice large wardrobe. The view is amazing and we never tired of looking at it and the gardens have lovely scented flowers and a spacious barbecue area. The host os delightful and quick to respond if you have any questions, we were really sad to leave and would hope that we can return next year and stay for more that a week. "

"The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. "

"The property was amazing. We spent a few days in Madeira exploring the island and doing some hiking and the house was the perfect home base. Located manageable distance from Funchal but far enough that it was peaceful and quiet. Had the most amazing view. Truly had no complains and the property was everything I could’ve asked for."
