"Really enjoyed staying here for a couple of nights . Conveniently located for a stay while visiting the beautiful gorillas of the nearby Volcanoes N.P. The staff was super nice, the tent was cozy and was surrounded by the gorgeous peaks of the 5 volcanoes. Food was good and the property dog friendly and cute. Couldn't ask for more."

"I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. "So yes this was 100% a white lotus type experience. That said. The service was impeccable. We went to kinigi for gorilla trekking and Sambora coordinated every detail beyond the permits. They did everything from finding the right outerwear to finding us a great driver. Meals were delicious. We sat every night at a long table with other guests which was fun - we were traveling as a couple so was nice to mix it up. But yes. White lotus. Just be prepared."
