Edgerton Trip
Location of the house is perfect. Yard was awesome and great for yard games with the kids. Fire pit area was really enjoyable. Close to restaurants and a boat rental spot. The gas grill was unusable, really dirty. We made the charcoal grill work but not ideal for the amount of food we brought to grill. We had to clean the blankets looked like dog hair was everywhere when we arrived. Overall great experience and would definitely book the area again.

The check in and check out process was very easy! Lots of room for our trip with extended family. We loved the location and the open space with the swings right across the road was perfect for little children.

Needs work
Just wanted to give you a list of some issues. Outdoor tables and chairs were dirty and also the grill. We Only had few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (we had to purchase) Downstairs bathroom toilet paper holder fell off wall Also toilet and seat are loose. Light burned out over the stove. Oven was so dirty we could not use it for our breakfast casserole. Thank god the exhaust fan worked to remove the smoke. Coffee pot was dirty it didn’t give back all the water. Steps into house the bottom step is loose and the right rails is loose too. The downstairs king bed sheets don’t fit bed. Some comforter upstairs are old and dirty. Some white marks and scuff marks on downstairs floor. We left the house cleaner then when we arrived. We did enjoying the lake views and sitting by outside fire. The size of the house was perfect for our family. Someone needs to throughly clean this house before renting it again. Request the clean fee refunded

It was okay but…
I would say it’s very beautiful setting, nice view to the lake. The kitchen, living room area is very Dark not hardly any lights and not very clean at all! Dust in the screens of the windows & under furniture & beds. Kitchen table wobbled while we ate. The “game room” is a dirty garage! The ping pong table was broken! For the price that is paid I am being generous giving it a 4. In my opinion the only positive was the view.

Another wonderful stay!
This is the fifth year our family has stayed here, There are twelve of us from 7years old to 76. The house and property are well maintained and comfortable. Brad, the owner, is great to work with. One of the things I especially like is that the lake is very shallow at the pier. Our kids can play in the water close to shore. Every year we rent a pontoon for the week and dock it at the pier. Lake Koshkonong is beautiful and not too busy.

Best family trip ever!
We had our annual cousins weekend here where we brought all the kids to see their cousins. It was the best house we have rented for this. There was so much room and different hang out areas, for different age groups. There was lots of open space for running around and the garage was so fun that even the rainy day didn’t stop the fun! The front porch was also great for the parents to sit and relax after chasing the kids all day. House was clean and well stocked. The management was so helpful and check in was a breeze. Would recommend to anyone looking for a family vacation house.

We rented this property because it looked like one of the nicer listings available within a short drive Milton. The house was great we were able to have big family dinners everyday. The garage game room was a nice reprieve, especially for my son. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The fireplace was fantastic. We all sat in front and played cards and board games every night. We didn’t have the best weather, so we didn’t really have much use of the lake but the view is spectacular! Would rent again when visiting family.

Great Family Getaway
This was a meet-up destination for Thanksgiving/Christmas with family from Michigan, Minnesota and Colorado. Cozy atmosphere with three gathering spots large enough to accommodate all ten of us! Home was well-equipped with all necessities. Communication with owner was too-notch!
