"Do read the other reviews - they capture the essence of the homelike setting with lovely amenities. Veronique met us on arrival an sent us off after our stay of 10 days. Each available accommodation on the property ha their own appeal. You can't go wrong with any choice! Logistically - appreciated the parking, the beach towels were amazing, the pool appreciated and of course the hounds offering their own therapy for a holiday. "

"I have sent these messages including pictures as proof: You definitely need to improve the cleaning of the apartment including the bed sheets. The rooms like it has not been cleaned in years! (Pictures to proof available). I am leaving tomorrow morning already but I felt really sick in the appartment couldn't stay in it so I started looking for what cause it.And I saw the mess under the bed (pictures to proof it!). It's insane Reaction; My apologies for this. End of story! "

"Location was perfect, geeat view, mostly clean the bathroom always had an odor im guessing because the ventilation was so clogged up with mock , the wifi never worked so had to used from the restaurant i was signed into , staff was attentive and tried but nevertheless its was not working . "Staff is amazing! Met us at the car, grabbed our bags for us, walked us to the counter and even offered us a cold towel to refresh ourselves! Check in was smooth and quick and they walked us to our room, told us where we could park and made sure we were happy with the room before leaving us. Room was spotless!! We told them it was our honeymoon and they had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The stay was amazing! Tons of stuff to do around the hotel. Definitely will be back! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in paradise "

"Our family of 14 recently stayed at Joe and Indi’s beautiful home (Dec 27-Jan 4). Well is it a home or an amazing palace? Their home is beyond beautiful and the space is amazing. From large corridors, to the beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, to the outdoor dining space, to the pool and outside bar. It was absolutely exquisite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. As stated in the vrbo listing, they do live on the property. I saw one review of younger adults who did not like the closeness of the owners on the property whom you may see on a daily basis; however, their presence did not bother us. They are both extremely kind and caring. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Curacao to book this phenomenal palace for their stay. Short walk to Jan Thiel beach and the fabulous Zanzibar restaurant. Plus a shop down the road (pricey but if you need something it is convenient).We stayed during this busy holiday week in Curacao. Being completely transparent and only due to the holiday week, the fireworks on a nightly basis would rock this neighborhood. I guess we never realized how much they love their fireworks. We had a few issues with appliances during our stay. Joe replaced the microwave immediately for us; however, their fridge was not working properly and was shocking us. I would hope in the future they have time to update the appliances because the space is amazing and needs appliances to match the beautiful home. I really have never stayed in an vrbo this b"
