« You can't beat the view of the Albemarle sound from the living room and brand new dock below. Watched eagles catch their dinner right off the dock and my husband caught quite a few catfish himself. Bed and couch were comfortable. Got lucky with sunset one evening and words cannot describe the beauty. Edenton is quite charming. Downtown Roots made a mean Cuban sandwich and 309 Bistro & Spirits was wonderful! We day tripped to Elizabeth City (Museum of the Albemarle) and Fort Raleigh and Manteo...

« The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. It is definitely a well designed living space and we hope to be able to come back for a longer visit sometime soon. »

« Rented the property for my daughter’s graduation from ECU. So glad we picked this tranquil spot to stay rather than the city! The house has lots of space, the kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the view from the living room is spectacular! Most of our time was spent sitting in the yard just talking! « My elderly Mom resides in Washington. My husband and planned a trip to see her. As a last minute add on, we included our 20 month old granddaughter on the trip! We needed a comfortable place and we found it! Phyllis has the best, sweetest, most well appointed little home we could have ever asked for. After a 9 hour drive, we pulled in, and Phyllis provided wine, water, multiple snacks, as well as little treats for our granddaughter. What a wonderful place. It is clean, quiet and perfectly...

« Words just can’t completely express how excellent this little cottage on the river is! We wanted to have alone family time away from it all, and we literally stumbled across this wonderful place.
