« Property over booked so after a long day of driving, was left with no room available even though I had already booked and paid for the room. Staff were very rude and did not offer any help. Had to try to find a different hotel at midnight. »

« I have already mentioned my comments on the awful experience on check in the morning the manager apologized profusely but did not offer any remedy for the way I was treated and berated. Some kind of discount or even a refund would have been appreciated. I was not looking for a free nights stay so I paid my bill, but more than an apology would have been appreciated. »

« Hotel is being renovated,way to much noise and dust »

« The lobby, pool area, and our room was clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hallway to our room was under construction and was not cleaned up by the construction workers-even little razor blades to cut the wallpaper were left in the floor. Staff notified hotel owner. We did not eat breakfast because we left at 0400 and not hungry. We would stay at this hotel again. »
