Atlantic Sunrise B – Listing for Three Bedroom Townhome The beach is your backyard! Located on South Fletcher, our home is a favorite among guests, leading to many repeat bookings. This townhome is perfect for family vacations. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We recently completed a thorough refresh with new flooring, paint, furniture, housewares, linens, towels, and mattresses. Our home is now better than ever! It features a balcony with beautiful views. The first level offers a queen bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The great room has comfy couches and a large SMART TV. Step outside to the oceanfront deck and patio. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi. The big kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances. There are both standard and Keurig coffee makers. Harris Teeter and Walmart nearby provide everything you need for delicious family meals. Upstairs, there is a sunny main suite with an amazing ocean view and a king bed. The main bath has a large walk-in shower and a separate powder area. The second floor also includes another bedroom with two twin beds and a private bath. IMPORTANT NOTES License - City of Fernandina Beach - Resort Rental Dwelling License - License Number: RRDP-000379-2019 Rental Agreement - Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. It was a plus that each of the three bedrooms had its own full bath. The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary items, and the freezer has an icemaker. The beach access was wonderful, and the deck had plenty of chairs for us all. The surrounding homes were very quiet, and our stay was quite peaceful. The view was phenomenal.The parking holds two cars, but it is not side-by-side parking. It really wasn't an issue for us. ##### Karla M. It's a short boardwalk to the beach, and very close to restaurants and the bike and birding trails. Seemed very safe and neighbors were quiet or not there due to it being January. ##### Jamye D. Séjour de 7 nuits en août 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Megan B. 3 août 2024 #### Needs some more love… When we first got there, there was a ton of trash that had not been picked up outside the unit and when I reached out to the manager, they said we would deal with it on Monday, which was a few days from that. And then it took a couple days to get picked up, which made it hard for us to put our trash out . They do seem to have an issue with bugs. When I got up in the am there was at least one or two Palmetto bugs (or roaches) in kitchen and upstairs. House is on the beach, but you cannot see over the dunes as it sits pretty low, that was unfortunate. The thing you look for when renting a house on the beach is to have a very good view of the ocean and the tide coming in, however from the upstairs and downstairs all you can see is the dunes, the boardwalk, and the far out Ocean. Outside of being able to walk to the beach, we could have stayed across the road and had the same experience . I like it to be very clean and the upstairs could use a good cleaning or maybe even remove the carpet and use area rugs. All in all, it was OK. There were a couple issues that came up while we were there that the hosts did respond to quickly but we more than likely will not be staying here again. It appears to me then instead of cared for as a home it was definitely something that was purchased for business purposes and could use some more TLC. The people next to us, and I both agreed that several of the rules required of the guests were outrageous given the state of the units. ##### Megan B. The house is clean, it is in a good location, the beach is literally just across the bridge, and it provides you access to all of the amenities in Fernandina Beach in minutes. I rated it a 4/5 due to just a few items: - It needs a little love. The bridge is very old wood with nails sticking out, etc. - Carpet in rooms is older and has some minor stains in areas. It’s definitely clean and you can tell but it’s an easy fix for the owners - we have small children and there was a book shelf that was (at one point) mounted to the wall but no longer is. I had to move it into the closet for the week to avoid a bad situation - Multiple times ants got into the house and into our beach bag left by the back door. Do NOT leave snacks in your beach bag by the back door (even if it’s just goldfish in baggies for kids) The good definitely outweighs the minor inconveniences above as reflected by my 4/5 rating. We felt very safe here and my family of 4 with 2 tiny humans (age 3 and 1) had a very good time. One other note: they had all of the kitchen utensils you would need to cook, pots, pans, etc. except a can opener. Additionally, there isn’t a pantry to store non-temperature regulated foods like chips, bread, etc. so plan for that when you’re at the grocery store ##### Chase J. The up and downstairs patios were great for enjoying ocean views. The property management team was wonderful! Helpful and attentive but not intrusive. Good communication!
