### The Studio Above the Studio

This newly one bedroom studio apartment was freshly remodeled in the summer of 2022\. It features a very comfortable king-sized bed with an open floor plan with a living and dining room. You will have your own private bathroom along with bath linens and towels, a blow dryer, custom bath soaps by Leo Jude Soap Company, and hotel style shampoo and conditioners.  
  
The Studio is furnished with a new couch, dining table, and 50" Toshiba TV with Roku devise ( please bring you own logins for any streaming services). Local Spectrum Cable Television is provided along with high speed WIFI internet.   
  
The kitchen is supplied with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer (ice trays in freezer), plates, bowls, coffee cups, glass cups, silverware, dish cloths/towels, soaps, and a coffee maker with complimentary Folger's coffee. The unit shares a laundry with a full time rented apartment next door.

#### Clean, comfortable studio in downtown

The studio is super close to Arch & Eddies and right across the street from the Corber Pub. There was one parking space, which was fine because I was on my own with just one car. There was king size (I think) bed, big screen tv with roku, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, utensils (probably plates and stuff but I didn't look). All the linens were supplied - plenty of fluffy towels and was clothes - and even some cute custom soaps. The shower was hot with good water pressure. Space heater kept the place comfortable, and I've become wimpy about cold since moving to South Carolina. There was a window AC unit, but I didn't need to use that cause it was cold-ish outside. It was a little hard to find the door since it's in the back of the building and I didn't know ex
