« I couldn’t travel due to the Tube strikes so a couple of days beforehand I asked to move the booking and requested they waived any charge but accepted I would pay the same price even if the cost of the room was less on a new date. « The stay was correct. Its self check in, you will not meet someone, but you can call them until late afternoon and they will be very helpful to get you checked in. However if you arrive late at Night they Will be no assistance, that might be inconvenient. Everything is really clean, you have all equipments for the kitchen and bathroom. However in the room there is a tv impossible to unplung and which makes little noises all the time. The room is okay and satisfying for a short stay. »

« Merci de dire aux clients qu'il n'y a pas de réception et que le check in/check out est possible seulement aux heures d'ouverture du pub ! Nous sommes entrés dans l'établissement car d'autres clients sortaient à ce moment là ! Il n'y avait personne, tout était noir. Un cuisinier est finalement sorti du sous sol ... Nous avons pu laisser notre valise derrière le bar. »

"The staff was incredibly nice. Special mentions to Jameela (spelling might be off) for being incredible and arranging super smooth early check-in, and to Sodiq for all his help and kindness. Everyone here does their best to help you and arrange what you need. The location is also hard to beat: 1 min away from High Street Kensington, which is both a station on the circle and district lines, and a street full of good restaurants (Yashin is pretty top notch) "
