My last experience was terrible, I received unkind treatment from one of the hotel workers, who later turned out to be the manager. Great location right in front of tram and walking distance to grand bazaaar. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet in morning is good - they change hot menu options around each day. Staff is courteous and helpful. Biggest criticism I had was that there is NO iron in the rooms. You have to pay for each article of clothing to be ironed for you. Logistically it’s extremely inconvenient when ur getting ready in morning with kids. Plus laundry service closes in evening, so if u need a dress ironed for dinner then good luck. Only reason I can think they don’t provide irons is to get more money out of you. For the cost of hotel, it should have been in the rooms.
