Each time we stayed, the room was perfectly clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Comfort and cleanliness are clearly a priority here. The staff deserve special praise — they are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help. From reception to the restaurant, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with good variety and fresh ingredients, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. We also chose to have dinner at the hotel, and it was absolutely worth it — the food was tasty, well-prepared, and beautifully served. Special thanks to the chef and the waiter for the excellent dining experience. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm, cozy, and homely atmosphere. We truly felt at home, which is something very special — and it’s the reason we keep wanting to come back again and again. We also used the hotel’s taxi service to and from the airport, and it was just as excellent as the hotel itself: safe, comfortable, reliable, and stress-free.
