Un peu déçu !
L’hôtellerie n’existe quasiment pas sur l’aéroport d’Istanbul Il faut donc trouver dans les environs ! Cet hôtel est sur le couloir aérien L’arrivée n’est pas commode car la façade de l’hôtel est quasiment sur la rue L’accueil a été chaleureux et francophone La chambre spacieuse et équipements fonctionnels Par contre , nous avons constaté un dis fonctionnement de la Clim Après avoir prévenu la réception on nous a dit qu’il connaissais le problème et qu’il nous envoyait quelqu’un pour réparer ?! Nous attendons encore….. La nuit fut donc pénible car chaude et obligé de laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour faire un léger courant d’air Déjeuner simple mais Ok Accueil très froid tout de même !

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Hills! The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had an issue with the mini fridge in our room and the gentleman at reception addressed and resolved our issue promptly. We were very happy with the quality of service we received and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good hotel, rightly placed near airport for one night stay. Food options were ok, A La carte menu was extensive, but options available were limited. Safe area to go around with kids, and able to find taxi easily to get to the airport (around Euro 10).. Buffet breakfast was below par considering all other positives, something for the hotel to consider.

The AC did not work. The sheets were terribly scratchy and thin. A light fixture was missing with exposed wires hanging out of the wall. The bathroom was dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.

There was construction going on in the second half of the hotel. The entrance was dirty. The room was very small and as part of an attic, although we reserve a superior room. The breakfast was second to zero. I will not come 😤 again to this hotel and i do not recommend it to any one.

My wife and kid stayed in "Hidden Hills Istanbul Airport Hotel". Shuttle pick-up service @ IST airport is well organized, arranged, excellent communication. Room is clean. Large bed. Friendly stuff. Safe hotel. Hotel restaurant food is great and reasonably priced. Overall great value for your money. Good solution for overnight traveler. What would I improve based on my vast travel experience? For the large bed you need 4 full size pillows. We got 2 (real) 2 (decorative). Area around hotel is not very clean. But if you on a travel in & out it would not matter at all.

The hotel is located about 5 miles from the Istanbul Airport. As we were told new area lots of construction. The hotel is located across a large mosque(beautifully lit at night). The property is well taken care and staff is very helpful. The restaurant is reasonably priced and well worth it. We had and light dinner and breakfest and both excellent. The only draw back is you must take taxi and they can be dishonest so. You can use local bus.
