The walls were paper thin. It wasn't even a case of next door being particularly loud, we could hear them walking around, moving chairs, television on. It was the same for the neighbours on the other side. You will NOT get a good nights sleep at this hotel. Our room was looking out at a alley/entry with bins. The staff were nice enough - we didn't ask anything from them but they were nice. Food for breakfast was awful, maybe okay for someone else but we couldn't eat anything from it. The reception area is small and clean but the shower in our room had black mould. It was cheap enough but certainly not 4* and if I had known you would be able to hear every footstep from the rooms next door and above, I would never had booked. Until they completely sound proof the place, it's a 1 star hotel for me. Being able to sleep without hearing EVERYTHING around you is a pretty important aspect of booking a hotel for me. Not much in the surrounding area either, hotel located in a side street, a couple of takeaways and bakerys but nothing of significance located near by.

cleaning is 0
the workers were very friendly and pro, we was happy with everything apart from the cleaning. the house keeping was terrible they don't do much unless you tell them to do this or do that . the second day of our arrival all they did was just hoover and wipe the floors... i had to speak to the reception and tell them the toilet was bit cleaned the tables wasn't wiped the bed sheets wasn't changed . even when the room was handed over to us it was not the acceptable condition. apart from this everything was fine..

Expedia bied voor alle kamers gratis ontbijt aan. Mij werd na 2 x ontbijt te hebben genuttigd verteld dat ik voor ontbijt moet betalen. Ik heb dat ook aangegeven, Ze hebben dit uitgezocht en mij de volgende dag medegedeeld dat ik het ontbijt niet hoef te betalen, dat vond ik wel netjes.luchthaven transfer was goed geregeld, alleen over de betaling was de communicatie niet duidelijk. Engelse taal is inhet algemeen in Istanbul echt heel slecht.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und unglaublich zentral. Sie liegt eine Straße hinter der Hauptstraße, sodass es auch ruhig ist. Das Zimmer war immer sauber aufgeräumt und wurde immer aufgefüllt mit Getränken. Zudem war das Frühstück sehr lecker und allgemein der Service war hervorragend. Ich werde mich nur noch für das Hotel entscheiden. Vielen Dank für alles!

Worst stay in my life (manager is a thief)
I have booked non-refundable family room for 6 nights and I paid 999 Euro.We arrived at 11 pm and the reception told us that they do not have family room available and they gave us 1 double room with twin beds to change the room the day after in the morning.The day after we wait till noon time in lobby to receive our family room but again it was not available and they gave us another double room at 6 pm.The third day we receive the family room!Last day I spoke with manager to arrange pay back me the differences of the prices of room but he forgot and in the evening from 10:30 till 1 a.m. I was in lobby to receive my money back but the manager told by phone to reception that he is tired and he can not come to hotel! The guy in reception told me do what ever you want and write to Expedia! Finally I did not receive 90 Euro difference back.Really they act like thieves. The hotel is very small and noisy we spent half of our trip in the lobby to check in and check out several times and at the end they did not pay us back.The rooms are very noisy and you can hear all of the noises of the other rooms.Most of the guests are from Arab countries.No map in the reception and no information almost.far from metro station. Not convenient to walk around. I do not know why Hotels.com and Expeida accept these cheaters and thieves in their website.I have the experience of 18 years traveling all over the world and never happened something like this for me that the hotel not pay back for mistake

I stayed at Buke hotel for a week with family and friends had an amazing experience brand new hotel and very clean hotel with lovely interior good breakfast service and lovely staff I give 5 star to this hotel because they really deserve it good price and recommend it to everyone it’s only about afew minutes walk to Osmanbay metro station and easy to find!
