La Poza is a six-story building with an elevator and a shared rooftop with a spectacular infinity pool with 360-degree views. This design positions you in the convenient heart of downtown while keeping the bustle at bay while you sunbathe from our rooftop pool. If you are interested in renting more than one condo, please let us know. We have multiple one and two-bedroom condos located in La Poza. La Poza #501 is a modernly designed, fifth-floor, ocean-view one-bedroom penthouse that is the perfect choice for your vacation to Isla Mujeres. With La Poza's ideal and peaceful location, in the heart of downtown, convenience is on your doorstep. Enjoy your airy and modern air-conditioned, spacious living area with a comfortable sofa. Indulge in this tranquil and quiet escape in the center of all the action on Isla Mujeres. At La Poza, you are located just steps away from the main pedestrian street, Avenida Hidalgo, lined with vibrant bars, delicious restaurants, street cafes, and shops. This awesome location also places you only a block and a half from the soft white sand and turquoise blue waters of Playa Norte, one of the top ten beaches in the world. From here you can spend your days exploring paradise, relaxing with a cocktail and your toes in the sand on the beach, or wandering around the shops looking for the perfect souvenirs to take back with you. Upon your return to your condo, relax and cool off in our rooftop pool, or why not sit back on your sofa and watch something on your TV, or choose a film or your favorite TV show from Netflix? Wash the sand and salt away in your large, full bathroom, with access from the bedroom and from the living area. The kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need to prepare a meal when the choices of eating out are too abundant for you to choose. Greated by Esteban the front desk concierge who was welcoming and full of knowledge of the area. This particular unit faces the East Side of the island and one of the cons is there is a Hostel that parties until 2am at least 3 nights a week, so if you are a light sleeper we found that closing the storm shutters in the bedroom helped. La Poza condos are conveniently located to everything North Beach has to offer on a safe side street running parallel to the main street Hidalgo. This unit is kept amazingly clean and in perfect repair. For our first trip to the island this was a great choice! Thank You for making our trip to the island memorable. ##### Jesse S.
