Guests will enjoy the magnificent serenity in this quiet street with a convenient walk to the beach on those hot summer days! Entry from the front of the house there is a large driveway for parking. Step inside the door, you are welcomed with a generous loungeroom, bedroom and split system air conditioning. This property features wonderfully appointed polished concrete floors and furniture for guests to enjoy. The garage features a pool table, ping pong, air hockey and a ducted vacuum system throughout the home. Bedroom 1: King Bed, 2 Bedsides, fan, dual blind, phone charger outlets and a generous walk in wardrobe. Ensuite: Shower, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 2 bedsides, air conditioning, double wardrobe, charging ports, dual blinds. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 2 bedsides, fan, double wardrobe, charging ports, dual blind and a study desk. Bedroom 4: 2 king single bunk beds – which include built in lights and phone chargers. Bedside tables, double wardrobe and dual blinds. The beautifully furnished lounge room features plenty of seating, a TV with sound bar, Wifi, air conditioning and a fan for those warmer evenings.
