★ BEDROOMS ★

The main floor boasts a queen bed master ensuite, perfect for those who prefer not to climb stairs.

On the second floor, you'll find another queen bed master ensuite along with a family suite featuring a queen bed. The bunky suite is perfect for kids or teens and features double/single bunk beds.

In addition to these spacious suites, we also offer two living rooms with sleeper sofas for extra sleeping accommodations. These comfortable living spaces are perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city or enjoying our many amenities.


★ BATHROOMS ★

There are a total of 4 bathrooms. 2 full spa ensuite bathrooms and 2 full bathrooms, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The master bedroom on the main floor contains an ensuite full spa bathroom and a stacked washer/dryer. Plus a full size bathroom for guest on the main floor beside the family room.

The second floor has another master bedroom spa ensuite. Plus a shared full bathroom for the family and bunky suites.

Our bright and airy main floor kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, pots, pans, cutlery, mini fridge, coffee bar, utensils, cookware, and more for you need to feel right at home.

Designed with entertaining in mind, this thoughtfully laid out kitchen features indoor-outdoor living spaces that seamlessly blend together. You'll love hosting friends and family while enjoying easy access to a professional BBQ located on the patio just steps away from the kitchen.

The dining areas are perfect for large groups with seating for up to 10 guests. The oversized island seats an additional 5 people comfortably, making it the ideal spot for casual meals or gathering around while cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

As you dine, take in breathtaking views of Lake Simcoe from the comfort of your own private patio. This outdoor space is perfect for soaking up some sun or enjoying an evening cocktail under the stars.

As our VIP guest, you and your family and friends will have full access to all the amenities the Sunrise Lakehouse Cottage has to offer plus parking for 6 cars.

Two single kayaks with life jackets provided, and can be used at renter's discretion.
