Two bedrooms near the sea Located in El Burrero, at 6 km from the airport. 2' walking to the beach. Perfect if you want to get away from main touristic areas, live like a local or practice windsurf and kite surf. Two bedrooms: One double bed and single bed, complete kitchen with dining area and functional bathroom. Big terrace with BBQ. Sofa area with Smart TV. Free parking on the street. WiFi connection. This small but functional apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located in El Burrero, 8 minutes drive from airport. Perfect for couples who prefer to stay away from mass tourism, yet well communicated with the highlighted points on the island. There are some quiet months from September to February, but not all the time. Therefore is perfect for those who practice windsurf and kitesurf. Mostly residential, there are some restaurants and cafeterias, a small and big supermarket and a pharmacy. Mostly residential, El Burrero is a former fisherman neighborhood. El Burrero beach is located in the coastal town with the same name, in the municipality of Ingenio. It is next to the airport of Gran Canaria, with what coexists with the traffic of airplanes. However, noise doesn't interfere in daily life. There is a good local atmosphere. The area of El Burrero is quite windy, so its beach too. Therefore, it is ideal for water sports such as surfing, kite surfing and wind surfing. In fact, the beach is divided into several areas: bathing, surfing and windsurfing or kitesurfing. The part suitable for the bath is the one that is more sheltered by a volcanic rock, El Roque. Still, you should know that there is plenty of wind on the beach and could be uncomfortable. If you do not come to surf, the best months, due to the absence of wind, are usually from September to February. The beach of El Burrero has the distinguished blue flag, that is, an award that certifies its environmental quality, both the quality of its waters, and the number of services it offers. In this case, it has access for people with reduced mobility, showers, services, surveillance and parking. It does not have hammocks, but it does have large wooden tatami to lie on. On the main street, ending at the pier there are some restaurants and cafeterias along with a supermarket and pharmacy. Global BUS line 85 from Carrizal. Parking is free on the street, although sometimes is not easy to find a spot close to the apartment. Right in front there's an informal dirty space where locals park their cars.
