Unfortunately we cant control what others bring into our home. We found bed buge in the house. We contacted the manager, he responded very quickly and closed down the house immediately to take care of the matter. The house was great for this purpose, as the 3 king sized bedrooms fit our needs perfectly. The house is very clean inside and is accurately represented in the pictures. Beds were VERY comfortable, great to have TVs in each room. The house is misplaced in the neighborhood but it is convenient and easily accessible to everything. ##### Beth E. It was 3.5 miles from the center which was a 13-15 minute drive to a nearby parking garage. The home itself was very well appointed. The furnishings were clean and modern. The 2 upstairs bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash for her and body wash for him. Double vanities in both full bathrooms with hair dryers, plenty of towels, and makeup washcloths. A washer and dryer unit was also located conveniently upstairs with detergent. The kitchen was fully stocked with a large refrigerator and built in ice maker, a coffee pot as well as a Kurig with K-pods. We didn’t use the televisions but they were available in each bedroom as well as in the living room. Our only negative was the house next door looked abandoned at first but there was clothing laid out on the back stair rails. A few other homes on the street were also a bit neglected. We were initially worried but in the three nights we stayed we didn’t hear or see anything concerning. We were glad of the garage parking as we could enter through the private back yard. We all agreed that it was a very nice home and we would feel comfortable staying here in the future. ##### kendra s. Issues came up during our stay which were communicated with the property owner, most have been addressed but still waiting for a reply about some safety issues during our stay. Neighborhood is up and coming, not necessarily somewhere you would want to walk around. For the amount of fees and extra costs for everything I wouldn’t rent through this company again. Close to the children’s museum though. Beds comfortable. The road was wide enough to bring our race semi down to drop the team off and never had trouble finding a place to park our rental car when needed. The neighbor lady was very kind. We didn’t walk around though as there is not much to do in the area and we didn’t see people walking around either. For us that wasn’t a problem as we needed a place close to the museum to take all the kids, but you’ll definitely need a car. The house itself was great, spacious and clean. It is an older house that’s been renovated so lots of squeaky doors and stairs so being a noise machine if you’re coming with small kids. They had books and games available for the kids which was great. Communication with the hosts was super easy. Overall we had a great trip! ##### Diana S. Four bedrooms with their own comfortable queen or kings beds. Large dining table and lots of space for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Garage available for parking, which was an amazing touch! Not a walking neighborhood but privacy fence and garage made us feel very comfortable. Only problem was with entry door electronic lock. But we were shocked at the run-down neighborhood and did not feel very safe there. For 1000.00 for two nights’ stay I could have afforded two suites at a very nice hotel in a better location. Also, the master bathroom sinks were so clogged that each night by the time hot water began to run in them, dirt from the drains was floating up into the sink. Stayed here while attending a livestock show at the fairgrounds. Short drive, easy to find. Trucks didn’t fit in garage, but cars would fit easily. Street parking was easy. Host was easily accessible if needed. Amenities were nice and house was very clean and homey. Enjoyed our stay and will look to book again next year for the same livestock show. ##### JULIE W. The kitchen was very well stocked, beds were cozy and had beautiful bedding. However, the front door lock did not work and due to the holiday weekend no handyman could make it out. The neighborhood did not feel safe and was run down. The neighbor was loud and yelling at another person early in the AM. Parking is funky and a little difficult as it’s directed toward the back alley. We had a small graduation party and couldn’t use the front door (street address). Property Manager very responsive.
